We had a brief snafu where the Chandler Windows & Doors installed the wrong windows in our unit (better ones actually). They promptly sent the guys back and fixed the mistake at our convenience and no additional charge of any kind. If we ever need windows again they are the only company we’re going to call and have already recommended them to several of our neighbors who are looking to get what we’ve had installed.
